Клинико-диагностические маркеры кефалогематом у новорожденных

Abstract

The article presents the results of the research which were obtained while analyzing the clinical picture of cephalhematoma of 198 patients treated at the National Research Center "Mother and child" during the period 20122013. In accordance with the identified progression risk factors and clinical diagnostic markers of cephalhematoma in the current context it has been proposed to make the following additions to the algorithm of the medical treatment of this group of patients: ultrasound of the heart and coxofemoral joints, a consultation by an ophthalmologist and an orthopedist. Patients with cephalhematoma of the third stage are recommended to have a detailed laboratory examination including coagulogram and dynamic biochemical profile.
