dc.description.abstractRadiological techniques are an important component of the patients examination with suspected closed renal trauma. However, conventional x-ray methods (plain, excretory urography and retrograde ureteropyelograpgy) do not give the full information necessary for the proper selection of further treatment strategies. The work is based on our own clinical experience: observations analyzed 38 patients with suspected closed renal injury. The use of high-tech method of helical computerized tomography makes it possible to properly assess the real extent and nature of the damage.ru_RU
