Вариабельность топографии и размеров большого небного отверстия

Abstract

Изучение топографии и особенностей вариантной анатомии большого небного отверстия при помощи конусно-лучевой компьютерной томографии (КЛКТ) имеет важное клиническое значение в хирургической стоматологии, челюстно-лицевой хирургии и оториноларингологии. В данном исследовании были определены значения преддверно-нёбного и медиодистального диаметров, расстояние от близлежащих анатомических структур, форма и положение большого небного отверстия справа и слева.

The study of the topography and features of the variant anatomy of the greater palatine foramen using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) is of significant clinical importance in surgical dentistry, maxillofacial surgery, and otorhinolaryngology. In this study, the values of the vestibulopalatal and mediodistal diameters, the distance from nearby anatomical structures, as well as the shape and position of the greater palatine foramen on the right and left sides were determined.
