Морфофункциональная разновидность эритроцитов человека. Микросфероцитоз

Abstract

Наследственный микросфероцитоз (или болезнь Минковского - Шоффара) – заболевание, характеризующееся появлением в мазке периферической крови человека большого количества эритроцитов сферической формы – сфероцитов, имеющих размеры менее 7 мкм. Болезнь носит наследственный характер и полностью устранить генетический дефект, лежащий в основе заболевания, на данный момент, невозможно. В работе приведена история открытия наследственного сфероцитоза, типы наследования данного заболевания, распространенность микросфероцитоза в мире, описаны особенности эритроцитопоэза в красном костном мозге, морфофункциональные особенности эритроцитов крови человека, состав плазмолеммы клеток, изменение формы эритроцитов, разрушение дефектных эритроцитов в селезёнке, факторы, усиливающие проявления заболевания.

Hereditary microspherocytosis (or Minkowski-Shoffar disease) is a disease characterized by the appearance in a smear of human peripheral blood of a large number of spherical red blood cells – spherocytes measuring less than 7 microns. The disease is hereditary in nature and it is currently impossible to completely eliminate the genetic defect underlying the disease. The paper presents the history of the discovery of hereditary spherocytosis, the types of occurrence of this disease, the prevalence of microspherocytosis in the world, describes the features of erythrocytopoiesis in red bone marrow, morphofunctional features of human red blood cells, the composition of the plasmolemma of cells, changes in the shape of red blood cells, the destruction of defective red blood cells in the spleen, factors that enhance the manifestations of the disease.
