Abstract

Статья посвящена пре- и постнатальному органо- и гистогенезу нервной системы. Описаны источники формирования, механизмы, последовательные стадии образования коры головного мозга и мозжечка, спинного мозга, элементов периферической нервной системы. Изучение особенностей эмбрионального развития перечисленных структур позволяет определить морфологическую основу пороков развития и врожденных заболеваний нервной системы.

The article focuses on the prenatal and postnatal organogenesis and histogenesis of the nervous system. The origins of formation, mechanisms, and successive stages of development of the cerebral cortex, cerebellar cortex, spinal cord and components of the peripheral nervous system are described. The studying of embryological characteristics of these structures enables the identification of the morphological basis of diseases of the nervous systems and helps to understand the mechanism of congenital malformations.
