dc.description.abstractОписаны нарушения в работе сердечно-сосудистой и дыхательной систем организма вследствие прогрессирования миодистрофии Дюшенна. Дебют нарушений отмечается в 5 лет со стороны сердечно-сосудистой системы и в 7 лет со стороны дыхательной системы. Установлено, что данные патологии оказываются лимитирующими продолжительность жизни.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractDisorders in the work of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of the body due to the progression of Duchenne muscular dystrophy are described. The onset of disorders is noted at the age of 5 on the part of the cardiovascular system and at the age of 7 on the part of the respiratory system. It has been established that these pathologies are life-limiting.
