Особенности воспалительного инфильтрата при патологии слизистой оболочки рта

Abstract

Рассчитаны и проанализированы показатели доли пикселей с высокой и умеренной позитивностью и индекса интенсивности в иммунопозитивных участках по трем маркёрам (CD3, CD20, CD68) при плоском лишае, лихеноидных реакциях и буллезных поражениях. Полученные данные указывают на активных вклад специфического иммунитета в патогенез заболеваний слизистой на фоне снижения уровня макрофагальной защиты.

The indices of the proportion of pixels with high and medium positivity and the intensity index in immunopositive areas for three markers (CD3, CD20, CD68) in lichen planus, lichenoid reactions and bullous lesions were calculated and analyzed. The obtained data indicate an active contribution of specific immunity to the pathogenesis of mucosal diseases against the background of a decrease in the level of macrophage protection.
