Abstract
The stages of the formation of the subvalvular apparatus of the left ventricle in human embryogenesis are established, the variants of the structure of the papillary muscles of the left ventricle of the adult heart, the distribution of the tendon chords emanating from them are described, the morphometric characteristic of these structures is given.
