Abstract

Chronic gastroduodenitis is an important issue of Pediatrics. School age children with chronic gastroduodenitis were examined. Chronic gastroduodenitis children with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD) accompanied by disturbances of the functional state of the stomach. Cardia failure, esophagitis, duodenal reflux diagnosed significantly more often in patients with dysplasia. Endoscopic examination in patients with UCTD often complained about the high degree of congestion, combined lesion of the body and antrum of the stomach. Under the conditions of inferiority connective tissue for morphological pattern characterized by changes in the basal membrane of the epithelium. An infringement of the architectonics and ultrastructure damage of individual collagen fibers. These data suggest that the pathogenetic basis of chronic gastroduodenitis in children with UCTD is to reduce the protective properties of mucus.
