Изменения внутрисуставных костных и мягкотканых элементов височно-нижнечелюстного сустава у пациентов с апноэ

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты оценки структурных изменений внутрисуставных костных и мягкотканых элементов височно-нижнечелюстного сустава, а также их взаимосоотношения у пациентов с апноэ. Результаты исследования показали, что метод ультразвуковой диагностики можно использовать для выявления внутрисуставных нарушений в ВНЧС. Из полученных нами данных проведенного исследования 22 пациентов отмечаются изменения внутрикостных и мягкотканых элементов височно-нижнечелюстного сустава, а также их взаиморасположения.

The article presents the results of the evaluation of structural changes in the intra-articular bone and soft tissue elements of the temporomandibular joint, as well as their interrelationships in patients with apnea. The results of the study showed that the method of ultrasound diagnostics can be used to detect intra-articular disorders in the TMJ. From the data obtained from the study of 22 patients, changes in the intraosseous and soft-tissue elements of the temporomandibular joint, as well as their relative positions, are noted.
