The article presents the results of the assessment of dyspepsia syndrome in functional and organic pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract in children. The main nosological variants of dyspepsia syndrome have been identified. The frequency of occurrence of the cross syndrome is considered. The main GNI disorders in children with functional diseases of the gastrointestinal tract are analyzed.
