Профориентация как важный аспект выбора будущей профессии

Abstract

В работе рассмотрено влияние профориентации на мотивацию и успеваемость студентов-медиков. Исследование показало, что большинство респондентов проходили профориентацию и делали выбор профессии самостоятельно. Отмечено снижение мотивации у студентов, не проходивших профориентацию. Несмотря на отсутствие связи с академической успеваемостью, профориентация способствовала лучшей адаптации к трудностям учёбы.

The paper considers the influence of career guidance on the motivation and academic performance of medical students. The study showed that the majority of respondents underwent career guidance and made career choices on their own. There was a decrease in motivation among students who did not receive career guidance. Despite the lack of connection with academic performance, career guidance contributed to a better adaptation to the difficulties of studying.
