Современные аспекты диагностики бронхиальной астмы

Abstract

Бронхиальная астма (БА) является важной проблемой клинической медицины. Одним из важнейших факторов, определяющих качество жизни пациентов и прогноз заболевания, является неэффективность терапии пациента, базирующаяся на гиподиагностике БА. В статье изложены современные, основанные на международных критериях, принципы диагностики БА, отражены требования к диагностике заболевания в соответствии с нормативными правовыми актами Министерства здравоохранения Республики Беларусь. В публикации рассматриваются особенности классификации и диагностических критериев у пациентов с впервые выявленной БА и на фоне проводимой терапии, критерии оценки контролируемого течения БА.

Bronchial asthma (BA) is a major problem in clinical medicine. One of the most important factors determining patients’ quality of life and prognosis is the failure of treatment, which is often due to underdiagnosis of the condition. The article presents modern principles of bronchial asthma diagnostics based on international criteria and reflects the requirements for the diagnosis of the disease in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus. The publication examines the features of classification and diagnostic criteria in patients with newly diagnosed asthma and during ongoing therapy, as well as criteria for assessing the controlled course of asthma.
