Abstract

The paper presents the results of a molecular genetic study of dental alveoli prior to direct dental implantation. Methods of preparing jaw bone tissue in the implantation zone are considered and a comparative analysis of their effectiveness is conducted. It is established that the use of laser exposure in the area of dental alveoli on foci of odontogenic infection after the extraction of teeth with granulomas and cystogranulomas contributes to the optimization of bone tissue reparative regeneration processes by reducing the content of periodontopathogenic microorganisms.
