dc.description.abstractThe influence of tubulin isotypes on the growth and adhesive characteristics of colorectal cancer cells HT-29 and HCT116 was studied. It was found that the change of tubulin microtubules reduces the adhesion of tumor cells to collagen and slows growth of tumor cells in vitro without affecting their viability. This data argue in favor of the important role of p-tubulin in the process connected to adherent-independent cell growth like epithelial-mesenchymal transition, cancer progression and metastatic colonization.ru_RU
