dc.description.abstractThe sample of 123 schoolchildren aged 10-11. Nutritional status younger students is qualitatively inferior and does not meet the needs of the growing organism for a variety of vitamins (A, B2, PP, C) and minerals (Ca, P, Zn). The disturbances in the health status of school children, manifested by the disharmony of physical development and soft signs of vitamin and mineral deficiencies. The most optimal way to correct diets younger students is the use of foods fortified with nutrients deficient.ru_RU
