Abstract

The rheographic techniques of research of vessels endothelium function and of pulse wave velocity (PWV) allow allocating group of persons among practically healthy young people who have early infringement vessels functions. These persons have increased indexes of "hypertension loading" on data 24-h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. This group of persons has the increased risk of arterial hypertension development. The using techniques are accessible to application in out-patient departments.
