Невропатия лицевого нерва у военнослужащих, клинико-диагностическое сопоставление, проблемные вопросы оказания медицинской помощи в многопрофильном лечебном учреждении

Abstract

This article focuses on the medico-social significance and relevance of the problem of facial nerve neuropathy (FNN) and presents the results of our own research on the provision of medical care to servicemen hospitalized in 432 “The Main Military Clinical Medical Center of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus” (432 GVKMTS) about NLN. In the course of the study, anamnestic information, clinical manifestations, results of clinical and instrumental studies of 36 servicemen with NLN hospitalized in 432 GVKMTS in 2015–2017, as well as the conclusions of the military-medical examination were studied. The analysis and assessment of the level of organization of specialized care for this category of patients was carried out on the basis of clinical protocols for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with pathology of the nervous system of 19.05.2005. The House-Brackmann Scale was used to assess the severity of prozoparesis. According to the results of the study, conclusions and recommendations on the provision of medical care to soldiers with mononeuropathy of the facial nerve are presented.
