Трудно ли поставить диагноз подагры врачу первичного звена?

Abstract

Последние годы отмечается рост заболеваемости подагрой, в связи с этим ее своевременная диагностика имеет первоочередное значение. В статье представлены результаты изучения группы пациентов с затруднительным диагнозом подагрического артрита (далее — ПА) на амбулаторном этапе и определены факторы, способные улучшить диагностику.

In some situations the diagnosis of gouty arthritis (GA) can cause some difficulties, especially for primary medical care doctors. This article presents results of studying a group of patients with a difficult GA diagnosis at the outpatient stage, in whom the diagnosis of GA was verified at the Rheumatology Service. Among these patients there was high percentage of cases of late referral to a doctor. After logistic regression, an equation is compiled and showed what factors should be considered when examining patients with arthritis suspicious for GA. It was established a high proportion of the accuracy (84,6 %) of this equation.
