Основные этапы медицинской реабилитации детей с врожденными расщелинами верхней губы и неба

Abstract

Проблема медицинской реабилитации детей с врожденными расщелинами верхней губы и неба не утратила своей актуальности в связи с отсутствием тенденции к уменьшению количества детей, родившихся с данной патологией в Республике Беларусь. Реабилитация этих детей, начинаясь сразу же после рождения, и, заканчиваясь только к совершеннолетию ребенка, требует мультидисциплинарного подхода врачей и педагогов, что, в конечном итоге позволяет получить хороший эстетический и функциональный результат. В статье рассматриваются основные этапы медицинской реабилитации детей с расщелинами верхней губы и неба в разные возрастные периоды.

The problem of medical rehabilitation of children with congenital clefts of the upper lip and palate has not lost its relevance due to the absence of a tendency towards a serious decrease in the number of children who born with this pathology in the Republic of Belarus. The rehabilitation of these children, starting immediately after birth, and ending only when the child become adult, requires a multidisciplinary approach of doctors and teachers, which ultimately allows to recive a good aesthetic and functional result. The article discusses the main stages of medical rehabilitation of children with clefts of the upper lip and palate at different age periods.
