Сравнительная характеристика фторлаков в эксперименте

Abstract

Учитывая растущий ассортимент зарегистрированных фторидсодержащих лаков в Республике Беларусь, актуальным является сравнительный анализ их эффективности in vitro и in vivo. Цель исследования: сравнить эффективность фторпрепаратов местного действия в эксперименте. При сравнении исследованных фторпрепаратов местного действия было установлено, что глубина проникновения фтора и его концентрация в эмали выше при использовании фторидсодержащtuj лака «Smartfluorid» ("Detax», Германия). Перспективы проведения дальнейших исследований связаны с увеличением количества исследованных фторсодержащих лаков и многократным сравнением полученных результатов.

Considering the increasing range of registered fluoride varnishes in the Republic of Belarus, a comparative analysis of their effectiveness in vitro and in vivo is relevant. Purpose of the study: to compare the effectiveness of topical fluoride varnishes in the experiment. When comparing the investigated topical fluoride varnishes, it was found that the depth of fluoride penetration and its concentration in the enamel is higher using topical fluorine varnish «Smartfluorid» («Detax», Germany). Prospects for further continuation of theresearch are associated with an increase in the number of investigated fluorine varnishes and multiple comparisons of the obtained results.
