Осложнения инструментальной обработки корневых каналов

Abstract

Инструментальная обработка системы корневых каналов является одним из самых сложных и основополагающих этапов эндодонтического лечения. Качество эндодонтического лечения болезней пульпы и апикального периодонта – одна из актуальных проблем современной отечественной стоматологии [1, 2]. Представлен аналитический обзор литературы, посвященной вопросам осложнений инструментальной обработки корневых каналов. В литературе широко освещены вопросы ятрогенных ошибок и осложнений при эндодонтическом лечении, среди которых наиболее часто встречаются осложнения на этапе инструментальной обработки корневых каналов.

Instrumental treatment of the root canal system is one of the most difficult and fundamental stages of endodontic treatment. The quality of endodontic treatment of pulp and apical periodontal diseases is one of the most pressing problems of modern domestic dentistry. Purpose of the study: an analytical review of the literature on complications of instrumental treatment of root canals. Root canal treatment products and methods largely determine the success of endodontic treatment. The dentist is faced with a number of complications of the instrumental treatment of the root canals of the teeth: root canal perforation, distortion of the anatomical curvature of the canal, the formation of insufficient or excessive taper, blockage of the root canal with infected dentin, the creation of apical expansion and a number of other aspects that have significant consequences in the future. Endodontic treatment should be carried out not only on the basis of the characteristics of the individual and unique anatomy of each root canal, but also on the optimal technique of instrumental treatment of the root canal system.
