| dc.description.abstract | В статье рассмотрены современные представления о регуляции репродуктивной системы и её взаимодействии с эндокринной системой в женском организме. Дана оценка взаимосвязи репродуктивного здоровья женщины с её эндокринным статусом, рассмотрена роль эндокринных факторов в формировании ановуляторного бесплодия. По данным современных научных исследований частота бесплодного брака достигает 25 %, и значительная часть в его структуре принадлежит ановуляторному бесплодию, связанному с эндокринными нарушениями. Это требует от любого акушерагинеколога умения оценки гормональных нарушений, чтобы выявить первичную проблему и, получив информацию, при необходимости направить пациентку к соответствующим специалистам. В статье указаны подходы к диагностике эндокринных нарушений, наиболее часто встречающихся в клинической практике и влияющие на формирование репродуктивных нарушений. В заключении обсуждаются проблемные вопросы, которые требуют дальнейшего научного изучения. | ru_RU |
| dc.description.abstract | The article deals with modern ideas about the regulation of the reproductive system and its interaction with the endocrine system in the female body. The article assesses the relationship of reproductive health of a woman with its endocrine status, considers the role of endocrine factors in the formation of anovulatory infertility. According to modern scientific studies, the frequency of infertility reaches 25 %, and a significant part of its structure belongs to anovulatory infertility associated with endocrine disorders. This requires any obstetriciangynaecologist to be able to assess hormonal disorders in order to identify the primary problem and, having received information, to refer the patient to the appropriate specialists if necessary. The article specifies the most common approaches to the diagnosis of endocrine disorders in clinical practice and the influence of the formation of reproductive disorders. The conclusion discusses problematic issues that require further scientific study. | |
