Text as a unit of teaching russian as a foreign language: a lexical and grammar approach

The main source of information in a foreign language is the text, the content of which can not only enhance the students’ motivation in communication, but is also the center of their professional interests. The main criteria for the selection of educational texts are based on the basic principles, including authenticity, awareness, relevance, educational value. Special attention in the article is drawn to the exercises that contribute to better understanding of the text content. | |

| dc.description.abstract | Рассматривается вопрос о единицах обучения языку и речи. Показано, что текст системно аккумулирует и репрезентирует все лексикограмматические особенности русского языка. Предлагается краткий обзор и описание трудностей на начальном этапе: субъектно-предикатные отношения, отсутствие формального субъекта, понимание логического субъекта, отсутствие вербоцентризма, синтаксическая асимметрия, непрямой порядок слов, глагольное управление, инфинитивные конструкции. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The question of the units of teaching language and speech is considered. It is shown that the text systematically accumulates and represents all the lexical and grammatical features of the Russian language. A brief review and description of the difficulties at the initial stage is offered: subject-predicate relations, absence of a formal subject, understanding of the logical subject, absence of verbocentrism, syntactic asymmetry, indirect word order, verb control, infinitive constructions. | |
