Динамика первичной и общей заболеваемости бронхиальной астмой в разных возрастных группах детского населения

Abstract

Реферат. Рост заболеваемости бронхиальной астмой детского населения за последние десятилетия свидетельствует об ухудшении состояния здоровья детей и снижении качества жизни пациента и его родственников. Это в свою очередь обусловливает необходимость проведения мониторинга за состоянием здоровья детского населения с целью оценки, контроля и прогноза развития бронхиальной астмы. В статье представлен один из этапов мониторинга - анализ динамики общей и первичной заболеваемости бронхиальной астмой детского населения г. Минска за 2011–2019 гг. Дана оценка многолетней тенденции динамики заболеваемости бронхиальной астмой детей разных возрастных групп.

The increase in the incidence and prevalence of bronchial asthma in the children’s population over the past decades indicates a deterioration in the health of children and a decrease in the quality of life of the patient and his relatives. This, in turn, makes it necessary to monitor the health status of the child population in order to assess, control and predict the development of bronchial asthma. The article presents one of the monitoring stages - an analysis of the age dynamics of the incidence and prevalence of bronchial asthma in the children’s population of Minsk for 2011–2019. The differences in the levels of incidence and prevalence were established and the long-term trend of the dynamics of the indicators of bronchial asthma of the child population in the age groups in the studied territories was assessed. An assessment of the long-term trend in the dynamics of the incidence and prevalence of bronchial asthma in children of different age groups is given.
