Бремя инфекций в условиях военных конфликтов

Abstract

В статье рассматривается актуальность инфекционных болезней, имеющих военно-эпи- демиологическую значимость, в условиях военных конфликтов, а также подходы к специфи- ческой защите военнослужащих. В условиях военных действий значительная доля небоевых санитарных потерь связана с эндемичными заболеваниями инфекционной природы. Обзор стратегий и тактик в отношении специфической защиты военнослужащих по опыту раз- ных государств показал наличие более широкого перечня инфекционных заболеваний в кален- дарях профилактических прививок по эпидемическим показаниям, в сравнении с календарями для иммунизации гражданского населения. Важной задачей для военной эпидемиологии явля- ется прогнозирование эпидемиологических ситуаций с высоким риском возникновения вспы- шек инфекционных болезней в условиях боевых действий или в ходе дислокации войск на тер- ритории районов с различными эндемичными и климатогеографическими особенностями.

The article presents the relevance of infectious diseases of military epidemiological significance in the conditions of military conflicts, as well as approaches to the specific protection of military per- sonnel. In the conditions of military operations, a significant proportion of non-combat sanitary losses are associated with endemic diseases of an infectious nature. A review of strategies and tactics for spe- cific protection of military personnel based on the experience of different states showed the presence of a wider list of infectious diseases in the calendars of preventive vaccinations for epidemic indica- tions, in comparison with the calendars for immunization of the civilian population. An important task of military epidemiology is to predict epidemiological situations with a high risk of outbreaks of infectious diseases in combat conditions or during the deployment of military personnel in areas with various endemic and geographic features.
