Актуализация применения музейных макропрепаратов в комплексе преподавания патологической анатомии

Abstract

В системе подготовки высокоспециализированных кадров для отечественной системы здравоохранения преподаванию патологической анатомии, как одной из ведущих фундаментальных медицинских наук, отводится существенная роль. В соответствии с Федеральным государственным образовательным стандартом (ФГОС ВО 3++), итогом обучения студентов является приобретение ими соответствующих компетенций. При формировании компетенций у студентов, акцент делается на способности оценивать проявление патологического процесса и степени его влияния на целостный организм больного. Учитывая невозможность, согласно рабочей программе, присутствия студенческих групп на аутопсии, ключевая роль в знакомстве обучающихся с патологическими процессами в органах и тканях отводится работе с макропрепаратами, составляющими основу музея кафедры.

In the system of training highly specialized personnel for the national healthcare system, the teaching of pathological anatomy, as one of the leading fundamental medical sciences, plays a significant role. In accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard the result of student learning is the acquisition of relevant competencies by them. One of the general professional competencies is the ability to assess morphofunctional, physiological conditions and pathological processes in the human body to solve the professional problems of a clinical or diagnostic doctor, the ability to make a diagnosis, understand the patterns and characteristics of the course of various pathological conditions. Given the lack of the possibility of the presence of student groups at autopsy, in the first place, in the formation of skills for linking theoretical knowledge directly to the visualization of the pathological process, the role of the cathedral museum macropreparations comes to key positions.
