Современные подходы к лечению пациентов с огнестрельной травмой

Abstract

В период с 3 ноября по 21 декабря сотрудниками Республиканского центра по лечению огнестрельных ранений и минно-взрывных травм (далее - РЦОТ) проведен цикл выездных семинаров «Современные подходы к лечению пациентов с огнестрельной травмой» во всех областных центрах Республики Беларусь. Представители РЦОТ: руководитель РЦОТ, ведущий хирург медицинской части, доктор медицинских наук, доцент, полковник медицинской службы Трухан Алексей Петрович, главный внештатный травматолог Вооруженных Сил Республики Беларусь, начальник 2 травматологического отделения, подполковник медицинской службы Федоров Константин Андреевич, старший ординатор 1 хирургического отделения – врач - торакальный хирург, майор медицинской службы Кислюк Максим Викторович. В повестку семинара входили следующие темы: первичная хирургическая обработка, огнестрельная травма конечностей, огнестрельная травма груди, огнестрельная травма живота, общие подходы к лечению пациентов с взрывными ранениями, организационные принципы работы при поступлении большого числа пациентов с огнестрельными ранениями. Структура семинара состояла из регистрации, приветственного слова и шести лекций по вышеназванным темам. Всего республиканский семинар посетило более 500 врачей различных специальностей, из которых большинство хирургического профиля. Тематика лекций вызвала живой интерес у обучающихся, лекции сопровождались активной дискуссией. Большая часть вопросов была организационного характера. Так же обсуждались детали выбора хирургического подхода в той или иной ситуации у пациентов с огнестрельными ранениями и взрывными травмами. Ответы практически на все вопросы представлены в разработанных сотрудниками РЦОТ клинических протоколах: лечение пациентов с огнестрельными ранами в стационарных условиях, лечение пациентов с огнестрельными переломами костей скелета в стационарных условиях, диагностика и лечение пациентов (взрослое и детское население) с огнестрельными ранениями груди и живота. Данные протоколы, а также ряд пособий по тематике огнестрельных ранений были предоставлены обучающимся в электронном виде сотрудниками РЦОТ.

In the period from November 3 to December 21, employees of the Republican Center for the Treatment of Gunshot Wounds and Mine-Explosive Injuries (hereinafter referred to as RC) conducted a series of field seminars «Modern approaches to the treatment of patients with gunshot injuries» in all regional centers of the Republic of Belarus. RC Representatives: head of the RC, leading surgeon of the medical unit, doctor of medical sciences, associate professor, colonel of the medical service Aleksey Petrovich Trukhan, chief freelance traumatologist of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, head of the 2nd traumatology department, lieutenant colonel of the medical service Konstantin Andreevich Fiodorov, senior resident of the 1st surgical department - doctor - thoracic surgeon, major of medical service Maksim Viktorovich Kisliuk. The agenda of the seminar included the following topics: primary debridement, gunshot trauma to the extremities, gunshot trauma to the chest, gunshot trauma to the abdomen, general approaches to the treatment of patients with explosive wounds, organizational principles of work when a large number of patients with gunshot wounds are admitted. The structure of the seminar consisted of registration, a welcoming speech and six lectures on the above topics. In total, the republican seminar was attended by more than 500 doctors of various specialties, most of whom are surgical specialists. The topics of the lectures aroused keen interest among the students, the lectures were accompanied by an active discussion. Most of the questions were of an organizational nature. The details of the choice of a surgical approach in a given situation in patients with gunshot wounds and explosive injuries were also discussed. The answers to almost all questions are presented in the clinical protocols developed by the RC staff: treatment of patients with gunshot wounds in hospitals, treatment of patients with gunshot fractures of the bones of the skeleton in hospitals, diagnosis and treatment of patients (adults and children) with gunshot wounds of the chest and abdomen. These protocols, as well as a number of manuals on the subject of gunshot wounds, were provided to students in electronic form by the employees of the RC.
