Антигензависимые особенности строения и клеточного состава эпителия и субэпителиальной зоны лимфоидных узелков аппендикса кролика

Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению эпителиальных зон купола и клеток субэпителиальной зоны лимфоидных узелков аппендикса кролика и сравнению их методами качественной и количественной морфологии. Определяется протяженность всех эпителиальных зон, различия в их клеточном разнообразии и степени дифференцировки эпителиоцитов, а также особенности ядер клеток субэпителиальной зоны, связанные с взаимодействием с антигеном.

The article is devoted to the study of the epithelial zones of the dome and the cells of the subepithelial zone of the lymphoid nodules of the rabbit appendix and their comparison by methods of qualitative and quantitative morphology. The length of all epithelial zones, the differences in their cellular diversity and the degree of differentiation of epitheliocytes, as well as the features of the nuclei of cells in the subepithelial zone associated with interaction with the antigen are determined.
