This article introduces the association analysis between rs1800629 polymorphism of the cytokine receptor tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) gene and the rs1800896 polymorphism and interleukin 10 with the risk of developing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in residents of the Republic of Belarus.
