В основе генетической предрасположенности к ХОБЛ лежат однонуклеотидные замены в генах, кодирующих медиаторы воспаления. Поиск маркеров предрасположенности к ХОБЛ может быть использован для персонификации профилактики и терапии этого заболевания.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractResume. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a polygenic disease. Genetic predisposition to COPD is based on single nucleotide substitutions in the genes encoding inflammatory mediators. The search for markers of predisposition to COPD can be used to personalize the prevention and treatment of this disease.
