Особенности вакцинопрофилактики гриппа у студентов

Abstract

Выявлено, что 57,8% проанкетированных студентов-медиков прошли вакцинацию против гриппа. Установлено, что лица, не прошедшие вакцинацию против гриппа, чаще болели респираторными заболеваниями дыхательных путей в осенне-зимний период. Среди основных причин отказа от проведения вакцинации против гриппа были следующие: сомнение в эффективности и безопасности вакцины, уверенность в том, что организм должен справляться сам, а также наличие острого заболевания или обострение хронического заболевания на момент вакцинации. Все это свидетельствует о необходимости проведения дополнительной более эффективной разъяснительной работы о пользе вакцинации против гриппа в студенческих коллективах.

It was revealed that 57.8% of pronounced medical students underwent vaccination against influenza. It was established that people who have not passed the vaccination against influenza were more likely to hurt respiratory diseases of the respiratory tract in the autumn-winter period. Among the main reasons for the refusal to carry out the vaccination against influenza were the following: doubt about the effectiveness and without the hazard of the vaccine, the confidence that the body should cope itself, as well as the presence of an acute disease or exacerbation of a chronic disease at the time of vaccination. All this indicates the need to carry out an additional more effective explanatory work on the benefits of flu vaccination in student groups.
