Особенности чесотки в коллективах инвазионно-контактного типа

Abstract

В статье представлены количественные параметры проявлений эпидемического процесса чесотки в воинских коллективах инвазионно-контактного типа. Относительный риск возникновения чесотки в воинских коллективах инвазионно-контактного типа был выше 2,1 раза по сравнению с гражданским населением. Сезонная активизация эпидемического процесса чесотки связана с проведением плановых занятий в полевых условиях в период с августа по октябрь и с февраля по апрель, осенним призывом граждан на срочную военную службу, обусловливающий подъем заболеваемости в октябре-ноябре, а также весенним призывом, определяющий рост заболеваемости в апреле.

The article presents the quantitative parameters of the manifestations of the epidemic process of scabies in military teams of the invasive contact type. The relative risk of scabies in military teams of the invasive contact type was 2.1 times higher than in the civilian population. The seasonal intensification of the epidemic process of scabies is associated with the conduct of planned field exercises in the period from August to October and from February to April, the autumn conscription of citizens for military service, which causes an increase in morbidity in October-November, as well as the spring conscription, which determines the increase in morbidity in April.
