Особенности строения клапанов аорты и легочного ствола человека

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования морфометрических характеристик клапанов аорты и легочного ствола 21 взрослого человека. Представлены данные о взаимосвязях возраста человека и размеров полулунных заслонок и синусов аорты и легочного ствола. Установлено что морфометрические характеристики полулунных заслонок и синусов аорты и легочного ствола достоверно не различаются. С увеличением возраста увеличивается длина окружности аорты на уровне синотубулярного соединения, длины синусов и межспаечные расстояния аорты и легочного ствола. Полученные данные могут быть полезны при диагностики и прогнозировании развития заболеваний.

The article presents the results of a study on the morphometric characteristics of the aortic and pulmonary valve leaflets of 21 adult individuals. The data on the relationships between the age of the individual and the size of the semilunar leaflets and sinuses of the aorta and pulmonary trunk are presented. It was found that the morphometric characteristics of the semilunar leaflets and sinuses of the aorta and pulmonary trunk do not differ significantly. With increasing age, the circumference of the aorta at the level of the sinotubular junction, the lengths of the sinuses, and the intercommissural distances of the aorta and pulmonary trunk increase. The obtained data can be useful in the diagnosis and prognosis of the development of diseases.
