Abstract

В настоящее время воспалительные заболевания кишечника (ВЗК), в частности язвенный колит (ЯК) являются чрезвычайно актуальной проблемой. Заболеваемость язвенным колитом во всем мире растет с каждым годом, причем в основном среди трудоспособного населения, что делает ВЗК социально значимым заболеванием. Клиническая картина ВЗК разнообразна, что зачастую затрудняет своевременную диагностику и назначение адекватной терапии и неизбежно негативно сказывается на прогнозе заболевания. Эндоскопическая диагностика помогает в выявлении ВЗК.
