В работе представлены результаты исследования микротведости и текстуры сплава Bi-19 масс. % Sn-28 масс. % In, широко используемого в качестве низкотемпературных припоев. Показана зависимость микротвердости от скорости охлаждения расплава и нагрузки, используемой при измерении микротведости. Изменения микротвердости быстрозатвердевших фольг обусловлено протеканием рекристаллизационных процессов, вызывающих укрупнение структуры. | ru_RU |

The results of studies of the structure and microhardness of foil alloys Bi-19 mass. % Sn-28 mass. % In obtained by high-speed cooling from the liquid phase are presented. The dependence of the microhardness on the rate of cooling of the melt and the load used in the measurement of microhardness is shown. Changes in the microhardness of rapidly cooled foil are due to the course of recrystallization processes that cause enlargement of the structure. | |
