Современные стратегии лечения аллергического ринита у детей

Abstract

Аллергический ринит является одним из наиболее распространенных аллергических заболеваний детей. Актуальность его изучения обусловлена не только ростом заболеваемости этой патологией, но существенным социально-экономическим и медицинским ущербом, наносимым этим заболеванием в глобальном масштабе, а также значимым негативным влиянием на качество жизни пациента и его окружения. Организация своевременного, эффективного, безопасного и всестороннего лечения пациента с аллергическим ринитом становится краеугольным камнем его ведения медицинскими специалистами различного профиля. В статье представлены современные подходы к лечению аллергического ринита у детей на основе международных согласительных документов с учетом существующих особенностей его ведения в детской популяции и при наличии коморбидной патологии. Дана характеристика основным группам лекарственных средств, применяемым в настоящее время для фармакотерапии аллергического ринита, а также описание принципов их выбора у конкретного пациента. Освещены нефармакологические направления в лечении аллергического ринита и подходы к его профилактике у детей.

Allergic rhinitis is one of the most common allergic diseases in children. The relevance of its study is due not only to the increasing incidence of this pathology, but also to the significant socioconomic and medical burden caused by this disease on a global scale, as well as a significant negative impact on the quality of life of the patient and his environment. Organization of timely, effective, safe and comprehensive treatment of a patient with allergic rhinitis is the cornerstone of the management of such a patient by medical specialists of various profiles. The article presents modern approaches to the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children based on international consensus documents, taking into account the existing features of its implementation in the pediatric population and in the presence of comorbid pathology. The characteristics of the main groups of drugs currently used for pharmacotherapy of allergic rhinitis are given, as well as a description of the principles of their choice in a particular patient. Non-pharmacological directions in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and approaches to its prevention in children are covered.
