dc.description.abstractWater extractions represent one of the methods for isolating biologically active compounds from medicinal raw materials, widely used in pharmacology and biotechnology. This study analyzes the factors affecting extraction efficiency, optimizes process parameters, and investigates the quantitative and qualitative composition of the obtained infusions and decoctions.
