Коморбидность расстройств пищевого поведения

Abstract

Данное исследование подтверждает высокую коморбидность РПП с психическими расстройствами. Эмоциогенный тип в исследуемой группе наиболее распространён, особенно в сочетании с экстернальным при аффективных и органических нарушениях. Пациентки с высоким риском РПП демонстрируют выраженную компульсивную симптоматику и склонность к компенсаторному поведению, а также часто страдают тяжёлыми психическими расстройствами.

This research confirms the high comorbidity of eating disorders with mental disorders.The emotiogenic type is the most common in the study group, especially in combination with the external type in affective and organic disorders. Patients with a high risk of eating disorders demonstrate pronounced compulsive symptoms and a tendency to compensatory behavior, and often suffer from severe mental disorders

This study suggests that social exclusion and mental pain are significant factors that reduce the ability of medical students to respond empathically.
