Влияние трипептида 745-В-40 на поведенческие паттерны крыс Wistar, подвергшихся ДПФС

Abstract

Предметом исследования явилась оценка влияния трипептида 745-В-40, в структуру которого входят остатки пролина, лейцина и глицина, на поведенческие паттерны крыс Wistar, подвергшихся депривации парадоксальной фазы сна. Исследования проводили на фоне депривации парадоксальной фазы сна. В опыты включали половозрелых крыс-самцов Wistar. В тесте экстраполяционного избавления показано, что соединение 745-В-40 способствовало эффективному принятию решения в условиях стрессирующей ситуации на фоне ДПФС. Эффект проявлялся в статистически значимом уменьшении латентного периода подныривания под край цилиндра; кроме того трипептид препятствовал вызванному ДПФС увеличению числа неэффективных попыток избавления.

The subject of the study was to evaluate the effect of tripeptide 745-B-40, the structure of which includes proline, leucine and glycine residues, on the behavioral patterns of Wistar rats subjected to deprivation of the paradoxical sleep phase. The studies were conducted against the background of deprivation of the paradoxical phase of sleep. Sexually mature male Wistar rats were included in the experiments. In the extrapolative escape test it was shown that compound 745-B-40 promoted effective decision making in the conditions of stressful situation on the background of DPFS. This effect was manifested by a statistically significant decrease in the latency period of diving under the edge of the cylinder; in addition, the tripeptide prevented the DPFS-induced increase in the number of ineffective escape attempts.
