Abstract
The modern system of training high-class athletes is based on the physical exertion in intensity and volume approaching those of physiological limit of human capabilities. In this regard, the use of topical methods rapid assessment of the functional state of sportsmen, the effectiveness of the training process and predicting sports results. In this paper, we give the characteristic opportunities of simultaneous the use in sport bioimpedance analysis and assessment of heart rate variability for this we used the PAC "Omega-C". The data presented characterize the change of body composition and energy provision sportsmen at the stages sports training.
