Abstract
The results obtained determine the actual risk to public health, taking into account emission components, enterprises and ranking results, the territory adjacent to the borders of sanitary protection zones, the levels of air pollution revealed that the degree of risk to public health is an integral pollutants hygienic justification criterion reliability planning measures to protect public health from plant emissions.
