Abstract
The technique of scrotal antegrade sclerotherapy for varicocele has been described and the outcomes of 60 operations performed by the author of the article have been presented. Scrotal antegrade sclerotherapy of varicocele by its efficacy, the presence of complications does not give way to the operation according Ivanisevich and is simple in performance: it does not require general anesthesia and is undergone well by patients.In addition, sclerotherapy operation is preferable from a cosmetic point of view as after it there is no evident postoperative scar.
