Abstract

The study showed that taking into account the diversity of methods used in studies of diagnostic implications infection of the nervous system, regulations expert rehabilitation diagnostics depend on the specific problems to be solved in the course of a medical examination, the level of equipment of the institution where the patient survey is conducted, the degree of training of medical personnel and expert techniques should be correlated with respect to violations of the basic functions of the human body caused by disease, as well as the limitations of life. The technique developed standardized quantitative assessment of the degree of neurological disorders caused infection of the nervous system, designed to assess the severity of disturbances in the determination of disability specialist medical and rehabilitation expert committees. The study enables us to recommend the methodology developed for use in the medical doctors and rehabilitation expert's expert committees, as well as skilled health departments of regional executive committees, supervising service medical and social expertise.
