The reasons of emergence and development of diseases are caused by a number of factors. In this case knowledge factor plays great role. Emergency of many diseases are connected with absence representation and behavior directed on health preservation. Today growth of number of premature labor is observed. It is one of the most important problems of modern obstetrics and a neonatology, because of great number of perinatal incidence and mortality. Premature labor have many reasons, which can connect with mothers organism, foetus and combined. Part of reasons, caused mothers organism, can correct before pregnancy. For this purpose, preparation for pregnancy exists.
