Дозозависимое гепатотоксическое действие парацетамола и его коррекция комбинацией таурина с цинка диаспартатом

Abstract

Comparative analysis of hepatoprotective action of various doses of paracetamol (1.5 and 2.5 g/kg, one to two times of the day — 5 doses) suggests that a higher dose of hepatotoxin increases the degree of toxicity manifested of liver, that appears as extensive centrilobular necrosis with cellular detritus, violation of metabolic processes, increase in plasma activity of biochemical markers of hepatotoxicity. More pronounced hepatoprotective action had "tautein-50" in comparison with "tautein-20", "tautein-10" and "tautein-5", which is due more content and higher dose of taurine in combination.
