Значение простат-специфического антигена в обследовании пациентов с клиническими проявлениями аденомы простаты
Abstract
Assessing the significance of determining the concentration of PSA in the serum of patients with diagnosed BPH II Art. Studied the diagnostic efficiency of determining the concentration of PSA in 307 patients with clinically diagnosed BPH based on the data IN and histological studies. It is shown that when the PSA level greater than 4.0 ng/mL is necessary a prostate biopsy. Diagnostic significance of this test is increased in cases of positive DRE.
