Петлевая уретропексия синтетической лентой по принципу TVT: ведение раннего послеоперационного периода

Abstract

Present the methodology of conducting the postoperative period in women with stress incontinence after surgery on the basis of TVT. Peculiarities of urination in 124 women on the day after surgery on the basis of TVT. The operation was performed on our own technique with deducing all suburethral tape on the anterior abdominal wall and leaving them under the bandage. In 28.2% of operated women on the next day after surgery were diagnosed various disorders of urination, most of which were liquidated raising tension correction of suburethral tape obtained using the skin on the free ends of the tape.
