Изучение морфофункциональных изменений B-клеток поджелудочной железы и гепатоцитов при экспериментальном аллоксановом диабете

Abstract

In present investigation structure-functional changes of the endocrine apparatus pancreas and hepatocytes have been studied by histochemical and morphometrical methods in male albino rats with the alloxan — induced diabetes. The analysis of the obtained data has shown that the development of experimental diabetes mellitus was accompanied by a necrobiotic processes in B cells, decreasing the area of endocrine islets, total degranulation and compensatory hypertrophy of the part remained insulin cells. In cells of liver there were signs of destruction and decrease of glycogen content.
