Частота развития кариеса в зубах под искусственными коронками

Abstract

The study of the incidence of caries process in the teeth under artificial crowns in the clinic during the survey of 114 patients, who had complaints directly or indirectly related to the teeth under non-detachable abutments, was made. In the course of work outpatient dental cards were studied, from which information was received about the state of teeth before the primary prosthetics. In the study of teeth under the abutments and subject to further conservative treatment of teeth, without the caries lesion was found a small amount (3%). When comparing the diagnoses before the primary and re-restoration of the examined patients it was revealed that 54.1% of teeth with caries defeat under artificial crown were intact.
